Brendan Downey is Vice President of Transformation at DashQ, where he leads end-to-end transformation journeys for some of the company’s largest customers. In this role, he oversees the rollout, adoption, and optimization of DashQ’s AI-powered leasing platform, ensuring measurable impact across operations while driving stakeholder alignment and renewal success. His work includes leading cross-functional planning and launch efforts, running executive-level workshops, and tracking performance metrics that guide both customer outcomes and product strategy.
With over a decade of experience in revenue management, digital transformation, and strategy, Brendan has built a reputation as a leader who bridges business and technology to deliver growth. Before joining DashQ, he spent nearly nine years at Minto Group, where he spearheaded business and digital transformation initiatives, led multi-billion-dollar portfolio lease-ups, and rolled out enterprise technology ecosystems. Earlier in his career, he held roles in business process analysis, project management, and finance with Aecon Group and Paul’s Restorations.
Brendan is known for his ability to architect and implement scalable systems that improve customer experience, streamline processes, and unlock new revenue opportunities. His approach combines an entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution, leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to reimagine how organizations operate.
