You can now simulate AI conversations in DashQ before or after going live with the Virtual Leasing Assistant (VLA). AI Simulation lets operators experience how the Virtual Leasing Assistant responds to renter questions, test conversations safely, and confirm that the knowledge base is up to date.

With AI Simulation, you can:

• Review the full conversation exactly as a renter would experience it
• See how the AI answers questions across availability, pricing, policies, and next steps
• Identify missing, outdated, or unclear knowledge base content and update it before it impacts live conversations

This allows teams to run full AI conversations before going live without exposing the VLA to real prospects, and to re-test conversations immediately after knowledge or workflow changes.

Over time, this helps teams monitor and refine AI performance, keeping the VLA accurate, consistent, and aligned with how the business operates.
