Assign Charge Codes by Community to Simplify Accounting

You can now configure deposit charge codes by community in DashQ Checkout. This means leasing teams can assign community-specific charge codes to completed deposits based on each property’s unique accounting setup.

Once configured, the charge code is automatically pushed to Yardi – no manual entry needed. That means fewer errors, better consistency between systems, and a smoother experience for both leasing and finance teams.

This update is especially useful for large portfolios where the accounting setup differs from one community to the next. It gives you flexibility without adding operational overhead.
