Automatic Notices of Entry for tenanted showings
When you book a unit-specific tour on an occupied unit, DashQ automatically sends a Notice of Entry (NOE), by Email and/or text, to the current residents. That’s one less step for leasing teams to remember and fewer chances for a notice to go out late, or not at all.
DashQ uses occupancy and resident data from your PMS to detect tenanted units. Every notice follows each community’s message template and lead-time rules (for example, 24 or 48 hours before the tour)and is logged with the channel, sender, recipient, and timestamp so you can always see what went out and when.
You’ll need a PMS integration so DashQ can identify occupied units and the right residents, and this feature only applies to unit-specific tours (generic community tours don’t trigger a notice).
Note that DashQ automates the sending and logging based on your configuration; your team is still responsible for choosing timing and content that align with local laws and internal policies.
Get in touch with your DashQ CSM to set this up for your communities.
