Performance Summary Dashboard
DashQ’s new Performance Summary dashboard brings supply, demand, conversion, and exposure into a single executive view, making it easier to understand leasing performance across assets.
The summary includes:
- Unit inventory and exposure, including total, reserved, available, and upcoming units, to assess supply and forecast vacancy
- Key leasing rates, such as occupancy, availability, approved and lost application rates, time to cancel, and lead-to-lease conversion, with week-over-week and month-over-month trends
- Activity and momentum, showing applications and leases in progress, average approval timelines, and outstanding applications
By consolidating these signals into one view, the Performance Summary gives leaders a clear picture of portfolio health without jumping between PMS reports, CRM exports, and spreadsheets. Teams can quickly identify underperforming properties, compare trends across the portfolio, and focus attention where action is needed.
Since supply, demand, and conversion are viewed together, the summary also helps teams spot vacancy risk earlier and make informed decisions, such as adjusting pricing, promotions, or marketing allocation, before performance impacts NOI.
