Jawad Alaoui is Chief Data and AI Officer at DashQ, where he leads the development of scalable AI and data solutions that drive real business outcomes. With over 20 years of experience, he brings deep expertise in machine learning, large-scale data engineering, and applied mathematics, backed by both academic and industry credentials.
He began his career in statistical modeling and research labs, after earning an engineering degree in applied mathematics from INSA Rouen and a research master’s in fundamental and applied mathematics (probability track) from Université de Rouen. Jawad later held senior data roles at Société Générale, where he built and deployed enterprise-scale data platforms in the financial sector.
As the founder of NORMA, he led complex data and AI projects across industries, with a focus on sustainable engineering and measurable impact. He is also a lecturer in machine learning and deep learning at Université Gustave Eiffel, actively contributing to bridging research and practice.
At DashQ, Jawad is focused on embedding data and AI at the core of the company’s services and agentic systems. He leads the transformation toward scalable, intelligent products by driving disciplined execution and aligning data strategy with business value.
