His work goes beyond implementation: Jesse partners with clients to align their leasing strategy, centralization goals, and technology roadmap into a cohesive vision that drives occupancy, NOI, and resident experience at scale.
With over 15 years of experience in technology-enabled transformation, program management, and SaaS delivery, Jesse brings a rare combination of large-scale consulting expertise and entrepreneurial hands-on execution. Before joining DashQ, he served as Director of Strategy and Consulting at Accenture, where he led a $75M Salesforce transformation across a 12,000-person organization, delivered $4M in annual client savings through redesigned workflows, and managed contracts valued at over $15M. Earlier in his career at Avenai, Jesse co-founded OpenLot, a SaaS platform serving asset-intensive industries that grew over 200% in three years — giving him firsthand experience in product development, go-to-market strategy, and customer onboarding.
Jesse is known for building trusted relationships at every level of an organization and translating complex technical programs into clear, people-centred outcomes.
