At DashQ, William is driving the shift toward fully automated lead-to-lease workflows, applying intelligent tools and agentic systems to help reduce vacancy time and simplify the renter journey. His work sits at the intersection of usability, performance, and innovation – fueling the platform that powers DashQ’s mission to make renting better for everyone.
Before DashQ, William was behind the technical architecture of CondoDork.com, Canada’s largest condo database. Earlier in his career, he held senior engineering roles at global organizations including Société Générale and ENGIE, where he led large-scale projects across cloud infrastructure, energy systems, and financial platforms.
William is an active voice in the PropTech and AI space and frequently shares insights on emerging technologies shaping the future of real estate.
