Zev Kershman is the Senior Vice President of Customer & Business Enablement at DashQ, where he leads the teams responsible for implementation, customer success, and revenue operations. With over a decade of experience in real estate and proptech, Zev helps enterprise landlords modernize their leasing operations – building the infrastructure needed to scale efficiently without adding headcount.

Since joining DashQ, Zev has played a key role in helping clients transition to renter-centric models through structured onboarding, centralized workflows, and data-driven performance strategies. His work has enabled measurable results across portfolios, including improved lead-to-tour conversions, reduced no-show rates, and shorter approval timelines.

Previously, Zev led product and customer success initiatives at CondoDork.com, where he built out go-to-market systems, inside sales teams, and reporting infrastructure to support agent performance and marketing growth. He brings a commercial mindset and strong operational discipline to every engagement – ensuring DashQ customers are set up for long-term success.
