Reassign deals when work shifts

DashQ now lets users with the “Deal Assignment Manager” role move a deal from one rep to another when ownership changes. That way the person who’s really responsible for the prospect is the one seeing and working the deal. 

Reassigning a deal updates the assigned agent in DashQ and on the application, which in turn controls whose approval queue and pipeline the deal appears in. When that deal is completed, DashQ also updates the agent assignment in the PMS (such as Yardi) so external reporting stays consistent with what actually happened on the ground.

This new feature helps managers get a more accurate view of workload and performance, and reduces the risk of handoff deals stalling because they’re still sitting in the wrong rep’s queue.
