Application Dashboard

You can now track every active application in real time with the Application Dashboard. This dashboard shows where each application sits in the process, who owns it, and how long it has been in each stage, so teams can keep approvals moving and avoid stalled files.

The dashboard includes:

• Application overview, showing totals by status, including in progress, in review, approved, signed, and cancelled or declined
• Application pipeline, with file-level details such as unit, rent, applicant, owner or manager, deposit status, time in stage, total time in progress, and completion status for each required step
• Approval timelines, broken down by community and by user, showing time spent in progress, ready to review, in approval, and total processing time

With clear ownership, stage visibility, and timing, teams can quickly see what’s moving, what’s stuck, and what needs action next. This reduces idle time between screening, approvals, and signing, helping shorten approval cycles and lower the risk of applicant drop-off.

Since every application has an owner and a timestamp, the dashboard also creates clear accountability without micromanagement. Reps can manage their workload more easily, while managers can identify bottlenecks, rebalance work, and address recurring delays.

Stage-by-stage visibility and time-in-stage metrics also make near-term lease starts more predictable. Leaders can see which applications are likely to close soon, which are at risk, and how approval timelines impact occupancy planning and forecasting.
