AI conversations in English and French

ConvertNewVirtual Leasing Assistant

The Virtual Leasing Assistant now supports renter conversations in both English and French. The AI detects the language used in the inquiry and responds accordingly.

If the renter’s language can’t be clearly detected, the Virtual Leasing Assistant defaults to the building’s default language based on the local market. This helps operators meet language requirements in bilingual regions and serve renters in their preferred language, without adding headcount or operational complexities.
