Lead-to-Lease Dashboard

You can now view lead-to-lease performance across your portfolio in a single dashboard. The Lead-to-Lease dashboard shows how prospects move through each stage of the renter journey and how properties, agents, and AI contribute to conversion.

The dashboard includes:

  • Full-funnel performance, from inquiry to lead, tour, application, and lease, segmented by community and leasing representative
  • Stage-by-stage conversion rates, including lead-to-tour, tour-to-lease, and application-to-lease, making it easy to benchmark performance across properties and team members
  • AI performance insights, showing leads handled, tours booked, leases signed, and handoff rates to highlight where the Virtual Leasing Assistant converts independently and where improvements may be needed
  • Responsiveness ratios, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts, to show how consistently prospects are engaged throughout the journey 

By bringing funnel performance, conversion rates, and responsiveness into one view, the dashboard helps leaders identify bottlenecks, understand what drives results, and focus coaching and process improvements where they will have the greatest impact.

The Lead-to-Lease dashboard also makes the impact of AI measurable, showing how automation contributes to outcomes and where refining knowledge or handoffs can further improve performance.
