Manual Credit and Background Checks

You can now run credit and background checks manually in DashQ. This allows teams to initiate a check outside of the standard online application flow when needed.

Manual checks can be used in cases where:

• An applicant applies offline or on paper
• An application needs to be re-run due to incorrect or incomplete information
• A credit or background check returns no result because the applicant’s details don’t match their legal records

This helps teams keep applications moving without forcing every renter into a single digital path or restarting the process when issues arise.

Manual credit and background checks are now live in DashQ Checkout.
